are friends from Yangon. Paul is IT director for ISY and other organizations. Aleta works for the UN Aids initiative in Myanmar.

Paul comes to ride his bike in the mountains around Lées, and he does. But then he gets caught up in the work and moves lots of the projects toward completion. This year he helped lay the stone floors in the Lower East and on the Terrace. He also worked with Tom to put in the stairs to the Terrace.

Aleta is famous for her cooking. This year her much anticipated meal was duck pie. It lived up to all expectations. Her desserts included a cobbler and sticky date pudding.

She also pitches in on any projects Heidi suggests. This year it was moving rocks and cleaning the stone in preparation for grouting on the Terrace.

Paul also prepares at least two great meals, Spag Bowl and Crumbed Veal.
