An interim phase of the South Guest Room is shown here. The concrete floor is in and Clark has built and installed shutters on the upper half of the double door opening that used to be the animals' entrance to an earlier intereation of the house. A reclaimed beam was set as a lintel above the opening by local masons. From that we were able to set the new crossbeam next to the wall and lay the joists and flooring of the room above.
