| When Heidi and Clark arrived the first order of business was to put down the subfloor of the Upper East Side, which will be the ceiling in the Lower East Side guest rooms. The underside of these boards have been stained white to make the decorative ceilings below. We also treat all the lumber we put in the house against capricorn beetle, which like termites can destroy a house. We still needed to set the joists in the third of the floor closest the bottom the picture, but we needed help from masons first. | |||||||
